There’s a flashy side to real estate, i.e. “the big reveal,” but the success or failure of any transaction is in the details: knowing what needs to be done and executing that process properly. Our legal background allows us to ensure the entire process is straightforward and surprise-free. It’s exhausting to get to the contract stage only to have the deal fail due to unseen issues; our job is to make sure that doesn’t happen and that you’re apprised of possible consequences throughout.

We work across a wide range of economic levels--from the first-time buyer looking for a condominium in downtown Chicago to empty nesters moving back downtown. We work with bold old and new construction. Real estate is a process--searching, acquisition, taxes, history of the property, value of the property.
